Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and [COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME] ("we") for your use of Kuro VPN, its apps and this website. By using Kuro VPN you agree to them.

Your account

Your 16-digit account number is your only credential. Keep it secret and safe. Anyone who has it can use your account. If you lose it and haven't added a recovery email, we may not be able to recover your account.

You must be at least 18 to use Kuro VPN. Kuro VPN is not available in Cuba, Iran, North Korea.

Acceptable use

You may not use Kuro VPN to:

  • send spam or bulk unsolicited messages (outgoing email port 25 is blocked);
  • attack, scan, or disrupt other networks or services;
  • distribute malware;
  • share or access child sexual abuse material;
  • infringe copyright or other rights, or break the law where you are or where the content is.

We may limit or suspend accounts that break these rules. Because we don't keep traffic logs, abuse handling is usually done at the server level (for example, blocking a port), not by identifying users.

Free plan

The free plan includes 10 GB of data per calendar month, two locations, one device, and a banner ad in the mobile app. Its servers may be busier than paid ones and block peer-to-peer traffic. We may change free-plan limits with notice.

Kuro Black

Kuro Black is a subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. In the app it is billed by Google Play or the App Store under their terms; you manage and cancel it there. On the web it is sold by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, under Paddle's terms. Prices are shown in your store's currency at purchase. See Refunds.

Partner perks are offered by partner websites, not by us, and may change or end at the partner's discretion. They are not part of what you pay for.

Service availability

We work to keep Kuro VPN fast and available, but we can't guarantee that every location will always be available, that every website will work through a VPN, or that a VPN will be permitted on every network.

Ending

You can stop using Kuro VPN and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms. If we stop offering Kuro VPN, we'll give reasonable notice and refunds as required by law.

Disclaimers and liability

Kuro VPN is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING_LAW].

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email (if you've added one) before it takes effect.
