Abuse and copyright (DMCA)

Draft pending legal review. Values in [brackets] are being finalised.

Report abuse or copyright infringement involving Kuro VPN servers to [email protected].

What to include

  • The IP address involved, and the date and time with time zone.
  • What happened (spam, attack, infringement, other), with evidence such as headers or logs.
  • For copyright notices: identification of the work, the infringing material, your contact details, a good-faith statement, a statement that the notice is accurate, and your signature, as the DMCA requires.

What we do

We read every report and reply within a few business days. Because Kuro VPN keeps no logs of user traffic, connection times or IP assignments, we cannot identify which user was behind an IP address at a given time. Many people share each server address.

What we can do is act on the server: block abused ports or destinations, apply stricter limits, or remove a server from service. We use these measures to stop ongoing abuse, and we keep reports for two years.

Our terms of service forbid spam, attacks, malware, child sexual abuse material and infringement.
