Who handles a refund depends on where you bought Kuro Black.

Google Play

Request a refund through Google Play. Google decides refunds under its policies. We can also help: email [email protected] with your Google Play order number.

Apple App Store

Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides App Store refunds; we can't issue them.

Web purchases (Paddle)

Purchases on our website are sold by Paddle, our merchant of record. If you're not happy, request a refund within 14 [CONFIRM] days of your first payment. Use the receipt email from Paddle, or email [email protected]. Renewals can be refunded within the same window after the renewal date if you haven't used the service since.

Cancelling

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Kuro Black until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting your Kuro VPN account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it in the store.
